The Project

In collaboration with Lancashire County Council Commissioning Authority, we have identified a new build block of 16 apartments. Along with separate staffing accommodation, communal green space and private parking.

Location

This scheme is situated on Navigation Way in Preston and is part of the larger Preston marina project. The site is near‘build completion’ and consists of 16 x purpose built supported living apartments for adults with a learning disability and/or Autism, Mental health or physical disabilities.

Demand & Support

Recognising the potential of this property to address the needs of individuals with complex care requirements, the local authority identified this site as an ideal location for a new build facility. A national care provider will be allocated through a tender process shortly

The scheme consists of 14x one bed and 2x two bed apartments. There is one unit designated for staff use. Externally the block is surrounded with communal gardens, plus private resident parking –

  • Private/Communal Green Space.
  • Private Resident Parking.
